Who we are
Horivo is a B2B prospecting platform that helps businesses find other businesses in Europe. For questions about privacy, contact privacy@horivo.eu.
What we process about our users
Account data (name, email, workspace), billing data via our payment provider Stripe, and usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
What we process about companies and their people
Company data from public sources and trade registers, and limited business contact data of people in professional roles: name, job title, business email, business phone and a public professional profile link. Sources are recorded per field. We never collect private email addresses.
Legal basis
We process business contact data under legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) for B2B prospecting by our customers. You can object or request erasure at any time via the data subjects page; erasure is permanent.
Retention
Contact data is only stored for companies a customer has unlocked and is deleted after 12 months without use. Erasure requests are honoured within 72 hours.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, search APIs, contact data providers, email delivery, payments). A current list is available on request. We do not sell data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Use the data subjects page or email privacy@horivo.eu. You can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
