Terms of service
Version 1.0, September 2026. These terms need review by a lawyer before commercial launch.
The service
Horivo provides company discovery, scoring and enrichment for B2B prospecting. Plans and credits are described on the pricing page; credits expire as stated there.
Acceptable use
Use the data for lawful B2B outreach only. Follow the outreach rules of each country and honour opt-outs. Reselling or republishing the data is not allowed.
Credits
Unlocking a company costs one credit. If contact enrichment finds no contacts the company stays unlocked and the credit is not refunded. Credits are refunded when an unlock fails due to a system error.
Data
Company data comes from public sources and licensed providers and is provided as is; we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. You are the controller for the personal data you export.
Liability
Horivo is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
